Monday, May 17, 2010, the MBA held it's 2nd annual golf tournament at Stagg Hill Golf Course with 10 teams of 40 players plus several others enjoying a great day on the course.  The competition between the 10 teams was close as the level of competition was high.

Winning 1st place in the Championship flight was the team of Brad Johnson, Ryan Johnson, Ron Tacha and Jim Lundberg with a score of 12 under par. 2nd place was Russ Bunker, Derek Bunker, Mike Monnington and Tim Wildman with a score of 10 under par. In the 1st flight winning was the Jon Harper, Dave Urban team with a score of 5 under par. 2nd place in the 1st flight was the Team of Rick Schroeder, Bob Schroeder, JR Vandergriff and Joe Gritton with a score of 4 under par.

Major sponsors of the golf tournament where GTM Sportswear and Puffy's Steakhouse.  GTM, outfitter for the majority of the Manhattan Baseball Association teams, provided shirts embroidered with the MBA logo to the winners of each flight. Puffy's Steakhouse provided all the golfers with a much deserved meal after the tournament.

The Golf tournament is a yearly fund raiser that helps support the MBA and it's expenses related the use of it's indoor facility.
